In his diaries, he has written many sour lines about his experiences such as the lack of star hotel facilities in venues, the lack of organization, etc. A person who has such a low tolerance for Indian conditions is definitely at a personal disadvatage in succeeding if he comes to the job with such pre-conceived notions.
