It is the lack of a strategic framework within which this &quot;dropping&quot; or &quot;resting&quot; has taken place. Surely these idiots can&#039;t know whether they are going or coming and they talk of &quot;courage of conviction&quot;. 

As Sambit Bal says, Dravid did two things wrong. He was an unselfish captain and he stepped down as captain.  Sigh!
